Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Opinion. This is not about the content: data protection law treats anyone under 18 as a child whose personal data needs a parent's consent, and this service asks about your age, education and political leaning.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not impersonate others. You are responsible for the contributions made through your account. Follow the community guidelines and do not interfere with the service, evade access restrictions or manipulate voting.

Your contributions

Only submit material you have the right to share. You retain rights you hold in your original material. To provide the service, Opinion needs permission to store, display and distribute that material as part of posts, discussions and sharing features.

Understanding results

Poll results reflect the contributions included in a post, including any sourced or classified answers indicated by the product. They should not be treated as representative public opinion, verified facts or professional advice. External links and embedded media are operated by their respective providers.

Moderation and account closure

Opinion may moderate contributions and restrict accounts to enforce its rules. Account closure follows the process described in Privacy, including the records that remain.

Support and grievances

Voicya handles support questions, privacy requests, complaints and moderation appeals through the support form. You can use it without an account.
